A badge indicates a review, not a fraud-free guarantee. Do not send money to an employer to secure a job. Use the Report option when something seems wrong.
The AI coach analyses text you choose to submit and suggests practical improvements and skills. It does not select or reject candidates, and it cannot promise employment. You can review extracted resume text before consenting to send it to the AI provider.
Profiles start private. Choosing discoverability and free or premium contact access lets verified recruiters view your details under that setting. Making your profile private stops future access in LocalJobz, but cannot recall information someone has already viewed or downloaded.
